Blogtober Spotlight – Shannon A. Jade Books

Halloween and Samhain are my favorite holidays and autumn is my favorite season so I wanted to do something special on my blog in October.

Throughout the month I will be featuring different book bloggers, and sharing their answers to a few themed questions. Today we hear from Shannon at Shannon A. Jade Books.

If you had to pick one, what book is your Halloween must-read?

Nevermoor by Jessica Townsend

Why did you choose this book?

‘Nevermoor’ is your next favorite middle-grade read! In a world of magic and Wunder, main character Morrigan takes on exciting challenges, meets fascinating people, and explores a city where there is something new and innovative around every corner. Jessica Townsend, the author of ‘Nevermoor,’ is a big Halloween fan, so you can bet that main character Morrigan is too! What more could you wish for?

If you had to pick 3 words to describe this book what would they be?

  • Magical
  • Immersive
  • Fun!

Who is your favorite character?

Morrigan, Fen, and Jupiter

What beverage are you most likely enjoying while reading this?

A good cup of tea!

There is no such thing as too many book recommendations. What is your TBR for October?

  • Tunnel of Bones by V. E. Schwab
  • Coraline by Neil Gaiman
  • These Witches Don’t Burn by Isabel Sterling
